• Samuel G. Weinberg
    President & CEO

    Mr. Weinberg founded New York based Weinberg Properties in 1980. Prior to that in the early 70’s, he was a partner with his father in Park Lane Commercial Corporation, and has since redeveloped and/or repositioned certain properties that date back to 1925. With his creativity and passion for building, Mr. Weinberg has developed a multi- million dollar real estate portfolio that consists of luxury residential high rise buildings, industrial warehouses, and retail locations throughout Manhattan and the outer boroughs. His company owns and manages these properties in house. Mr. Weinberg is an established leader in New York City’s philanthropic community, serving as the Vice Chairman of the building committee at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Beth Israel Medical Center. Mr. Weinberg holds an honorary doctorate degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the Real Estate School at the University of Denver in 1969. 



    Andrew M. Weinberg
    Vice President of Development and Acquisitions

    Andrew Weinberg joined Weinberg Properties in 2008. In his position of Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, he is responsible for the reconstruction of current holdings within the company’s portfolio, as well as researching new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Weinberg Properties, Mr. Weinberg worked at Tishman Construction Corporation and Delcon Construction Corporation. At Tishman, where he began as an intern in 2003, he served as the purchasing agent for the luxury condominium conversion project at New York’s landmarked Plaza Hotel. He was also responsible for overseeing the construction of a $180 million development project in Manhattan. Mr. Weinberg serves on the Young Professionals Executive Committee at The Children’s Hearing Institute, and is an active member of the Men’s Division at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the Daniel College of Business at the University of Denver in 2005.



    Lisa A. Weinberg
    Vice President of Leasing

    Lisa Weinberg began her career in real estate in 2001. A licensed real estate broker, she represents Weinberg Properties for the leasing of their residential and commercial properties. She is responsible for the lease negotiations and due diligence studies, as well as site analysis and evaluation. Before joining Weinberg Properties in 2006, Ms. Weinberg worked at GVA Williams Real Estate Co. and Robert K. Futterman & Associates. At GVA Williams, she facilitated regional expansions for national retail clients such as Chico’s and Cingular Wireless (now AT&T Wireless) as well as focusing on corporate services for the Interpublic Group of Companies, Prudential Financial, and JP Morgan Chase. Ms. Weinberg serves as a Vice President for the Women’s Division of the New York chapter at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is a member of the Young Professionals Executive Committee at The Children’s Hearing Institute. She is a member of The Young Men’s and Woman’s Real Estate Association of New York, and the UJA Real Estate Division. She graduated from Ithaca College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
